CONTACT COMPLIANCEContact Information To report concerns related to the compliance with the law, Force Protection Code of Conduct and Ethics or Force Protection policies or government contracting requirements, write to Corporate Compliance Officer, 9801 Highway 78, Building 1, Ladson, SC 29456; or call (800) 695-5218; or send an email to compliance@forceprotection.net. Overview Force Protection has a compliance process that serves as a mechanism for individuals to ask questions and report integrity concerns without fear of retaliation. Employees and others with connections to Force Protection must have confidence that they can freely report concerns about legal or ethical violations, and that their concerns will be objectively investigated by Finance, Legal and Human Resources (and outside) specialists, if necessary, with appropriate individual and remedial action and without fear or favor. Employees are subject to discipline if they fail to report a known or suspected concern. In addition, retaliation against those who raise integrity concerns is prohibited and is grounds for disciplinary action. Force Protection has processes in place for objectively investigating and resolving integrity concerns, and compliance program system activity is reported to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors. When concerns are raised about possible violations of Force Protection policy or the law, thorough and objective investigations are conducted with the highest possible level of confidentiality. It is critical that all Force Protection employees worldwide understand how to raise their integrity questions and concerns and trust the system. Employees come to know about the compliance program and the Force Protection Code of Conduct and Ethics through postings, the Force Protection intranet site and by contacts with Employee Relations Representatives.
